CYCLING & SIGHTSEEING CAPE & GARDEN ROUTE

We start off visiting Cape Town with some hiking and cycling around the Cape Peninsula before heading out via the famed Winelands of Stellenbosch and Franschoek into the little Karoo. We cycle some of the backroads of the R62 entering into Ostrich farming country with visits to a breeding farm and the awesome Cango Caves.

The Swartberg Pass is a challenge by bicycle but there is always the option of only cycling downhill, and Montague Pass is all downhill through lush indigenous forest. It only gets greener as we cycle through the Garden Route with its azure blue ocean and white sandy beaches.

Knysna ,Wilderness, Plettenberg Bay, Natures Valley, Storms River & Tsitsikamma are some of the highlights with the world's highest Bungi jump at Bloukrans being the greatest optional challenge.
